We have pick up locations in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Yucca Valley. To set up pick up you can order online and request pick up or call customer service at 760.534.1139
You can manage your orders directly through our website any time before your cut off day by logging in with your username and password given at sign up. Please note that order changes include “Skip Delivery” or vacation holds.
The office staff is happy to process your order for you via phone at 760.534.1139 or email info@cvharvestbox.com if you have any questions or difficulty doing so yourself.
It's not necessary to be home to receive your delivery as we make your delivery right to your front door. Due to COVID-19, we ring your doorbell, and drivers are fully masked will walk away.
We have many customers who live in these homes and strive to find a working solution for deliveries. In most instances, we are able to have access to the building from the site management. Please leave the delivery instruction in your customer profile. If There are instances though where we cannot make deliveries to controlled-access locations and if that is the case we are happy to try and work out a different delivery option for you.
You're never going to want to cancel because our products are fresh and amazing. But in some cases, it can't be helped, and we don't want any unhappy customers. You may cancel at any time by calling our office at 760.534.1139 or email us at info@cvharvestbox.com. Please, note-cancellations must be made before the order window closes each week.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of traffic, we can't guarantee a delivery time. Delivery time depends on two things: 1) the length of your route. Some routes have more subscribers than others, and 2) what number you are on the route. Once you receive your first delivery, your delivery time shouldn't vary greatly each week until the number of new subscribers in your area expands. Our goal is to deliver from 9 am -7 pm
For every person that subscribes and puts your name in the Referred By box on their customer profile, you will receive a $5 credit to your account! Please remind your friends and family to put your first and last name in the "Referred By" section of the customer profile page so you will receive credit.
